Must and fruit juices have become top culinary products in recent years. Must, in particular, is becoming increasingly popular in high-class hospitality circles. These golden drinks are now unquestionably part of the "haute cuisine".
In Austria, the must industry recently enjoyed a historic development: for the first time, must now receives official state classifications similar to wine. Since January 2014, musts that comply with stringent quality control standards may carry the label "Quality Must". This classification is designed to ensure that consumers can be certain that the must they purchase is of the highest possible quality.
