A culinary trip around the world

Peter Tichatschek takes his show “Frisch gekocht unterwegs" on a culinary tour of Austria. He visits the top chefs at their own restaurants to see what's cooking in their pots and pans, and get a glimpse of their private life. He visits their suppliers, traces their regional products back to their roots and thus discovers each region from an entirely new viewpoint. The show demonstrates how to cook savoury regional treats in easy stages and wets the palate for the subsequent cooking contest in the studio kitchen.
