Interspot Film – a success story
There is almost no other Austrian production company that can look back at such a long and interesting history. Everything started with Rudolf Klingohr, who founded Interspot Film in 1969 after completing his studies at the Austrian film academy and working successfully as a documentary filmmaker. Several important film and television projects helped the rapid growth of the company. Interspot Film became one of the largest production companies in the country. National and international awards continued to prove that Interspot Film was on the right path. Rudolf Klingohr received four ROMYs, Austria's most prestigous television award, for his role as producer. In 2012, he handed the company over to his two sons, Nikolaus and Nils Klingohr.
Today, the company has a staff of more than fifty employees and is located in Vienna's 23. district. The extensive company facilities include the office building with its own coffee house and the adjacent studios. It is the perfect location for every type of television production

Augen auf, Ohren auf. HELMI ist da.
In co-production with the Austrian Road Safety Board and the ORF, Interspot Film is producing a show with the security mascot HELMI for kids between 3 and 7. With over 1.500 shows, HELMI is iconic and has trained many generations in safeness.
2009
Forscherexpress
Thomas Brezina, who started his career 1975 as pupeteer with Aminio Rothstein aka Clown Habakuk at Interspot, produces and presents the weekly educational show "Forscherexpress" together with Kathi Bellowitsch. The show is awarded 2005 at the WorldFest Houston in the category "TV-Special Family/Children"


Wildlife Documentations between 2000-2004
„Die Zukunft der Menschenaffen“ (2000), „Der Zauber der Taube“ (2001), „Der älteste Zoo der Welt“ (2002), „Die Legende vom Hasen und der Sonne“ (2003) are winners at the US International Film & Video Festival. „Schwein gehabt“ (2003) received the award for Best Photography, the documentary „Zum Geier – die fliegenden Mistkübel“ (2004) is also multiple awarded.
2001

Tavern
Renovation of the pavilion into a tavern, which becone later the backdrop for the production of the oooking show "Frisch gekocht". Also trailers for eg. the ORF Christmas show with singer Semino Rossi have been produced in this location.


Taxi Orange
Taxi Orange, the first reality format in the austrian TV history is produced by Interspot Film. The reality soap with 64 shows on ORF prime time, including the kick-off live, reached a market share of 46% in the younger target group (the finale even 65% market share)
